Companies large and small all have to deal with expansion and reduction in their employee workforce as the business and economy changes. Sometimes these are normal additions or deletions, and other times severe anger and the need for revenge is developed based on these changes.  These modifications to the number of employees will also affect the delegation or consolidation of duties.
